I know you guys are wondering when the end of this whole blogoversary business is going to be right? Â I’m sorry, I’m trying to space them out over the month, but I had a lot of favorites this past year that I really really want to share with you all which leads me to introducing my next giveaway.
I adore Kristen Simmons. Â Not in creepy stalkerish kind of way… I think. But rather in an ‘I think you’re incredibly talented and sweet and wonderful … now tell me more about Chase.’ kind of way. Â I read Article 5 as soon as it came out and I loved loved it. Â I love the world that Kristen created and the characters she brought to life. You can read my full review.
Which leads me to Breaking Point. Â I had a big bad case of jealousness when I saw the ARC’s going around … it seemed like everyone in the world had one but me. LOL Â I conned my kid into entering a contest where he got to draw a cover … only he of course had to add Sonic and Tails to the mix because the kid only draws Sonic and Tails. Â Then I got lucky. Â I won an ARC and I read that sucker in about a day flailing all over the place. Â
So, I knew without a doubt that I had to ask Kristen if I could offer up some signed copies of Article 5 and Breaking Point to celebrate my blogoversary. Â And because she’s incredibly kind and lovely she said yes and there was some definite squeeing at my house when I got the email from her. Â
I want to share the books I love with you guys and these two are definitely at the top of my favorites list. Now if I could just be patient enough to wait for the next book…Â
I can only hope that someday I get the opportunity to tell her in person how wonderful I think she is … in the meantime I’ll be following her around on twitter and Kristen… If you’re reading this, I promise to try and not harass you about book 3! *whistles*Â
