#READATHON – IT’S HERE! Plus A Giveaway!

December 6, 2013 by Jaime Leave a Comment

The #READATHON is HERE!! I’m excited for a couple of reasons…1. Read all weekend… okay.  2.  Fun mini-challeges with prizes. 3. Chit chatting on twitter and facebook about what we’re reading.
ALL THESE REASONS AND MORE are why you should be participating!

If you haven’t signed up yet, head on over and do so. There will be tons of opportunities to win prizes and books and of course as I said above… you get to spend the weekend reading.

I’m doubly excited because we get to host a mini-challenge where we’ll be doing a giveaway – all you’ll have to do is answer a fun question!
Choose a Book Boyfriend and a holiday getaway that fits his personality/background or likes!!

For Example:  I might  pick Alex from Where The Stars Still Shine and we might take a boat and find out way to the Greek Isles where we’ll relax on the beach and … um … do nothing. Yeah.. we’d do nothing at all. I swear it!

We’ll of course be on twitter – you can follow along at any time or post tweets of your own just make sure you include the hashtag #readathon and there are definitely NO rules – read anything you want, challenge yourself to finish a couple of those books that have been on your ‘to read’ pile for months (if not years) and have fun!!

Now – get your butt over to Liza’s blog and sign up and then join us December 6-8 while we read all the things and have all the fun!!
SIGN UP HERE

Make sure you enter our Mini-Challenge to win one of our favorite swoony book boyfriends that sometimes gets the shaft because we have so many!

We’ll be giving away a copy of Where The Stars Still Shine to one winner chosen randomly via the Rafflecopter below.

Stolen as a child from her large and loving family, and on the run with her mom for more than ten years, Callie has only the barest idea of what normal life might be like. She’s never had a home, never gone to school, and has gotten most of her meals from laundromat vending machines. Her dreams are haunted by memories she’d like to forget completely. But when Callie’s mom is finally arrested for kidnapping her, and Callie’s real dad whisks her back to what would have been her life, in a small town in Florida, Callie must find a way to leave the past behind. She must learn to be part of a family. And she must believe that love–even with someone who seems an improbable choice–is more than just a possibility.

Trish Doller writes incredibly real teens, and this searing story of love, betrayal, and how not to lose your mind will resonate with readers who want their stories gritty and utterly true.
INTL OKAY! (Please make sure that The Book Depository ships to you before entering!) Winner has 48 hours to respond or a new winner is chosen!
